Create a Form

Saro allows you to fill out medical forms quickly with the help of AI. Forms are automatically pre-filled using the doctor's profile information and the patient's notes.

Access Forms​

Forms are accessible from the Forms tab inside a patient record.

  1. Open a patient record from the Home tab
  2. Go to the Forms tab
  3. Tap + to create one or more forms

Create a New Form​

Form creation works as a bulk selection: you can select one or more forms in a single operation.

  1. Select one or more form types
  2. Tap Generate
  3. The AI automatically fills in the forms using:
    • The doctor's profile information
    • The patient's existing clinical notes
  4. Review the generated forms — all fields are editable and can be modified manually
  5. Tap Save to keep your changes at any time
  6. Tap Finalize when the form is ready to be shared

A form remains editable after generation. You can modify fields and save as many times as needed before finalizing.

Forms can only be created manually. Voice dictation is not available during form creation.

Merge Multiple Forms​

When multiple forms are selected, you can merge them into a single combined PDF document instead of receiving separate files.

Share a Form​

Once finalized, tapping Share opens the device's native share sheet, giving access to all sharing options available on the phone (SMS, email, print, AirDrop, etc.).
