Profile (Web)

The Profile page is accessible from the user menu in the top right corner. It lets you manage your professional information, workplaces, generation preferences, and note customization.

Identity

The Identity tab contains:

  • your professional information, such as name and practice number;
  • your workplaces;
  • the workplace associated with the current shift.

Workplaces can be reused in notes, forms, and reports. You can add multiple workplaces, edit them, delete them, and set the current shift location.

Preferences

The Preferences tab groups settings that affect generated documents.

Notes Customization

The Personalization tab lets you adjust the structure and style of generated notes.

How It Works

  1. Select All notes or a specific note type
  2. Choose a sample note to preview the result
  3. Describe the changes you want in the conversation panel
  4. Review the saved instructions
  5. Click Save when the result looks right

You can also disable some symbols or abbreviations, reset the instructions for a note type, and share your customizations with a QR code.

Customization applies to new notes generated after the preferences are saved.
