Overview
The Saro mobile app is designed for clinical use on iOS and Android. It lets you dictate a note, review a patient record, complete a form, and prepare billing from your phone.

Your Profile and Deferred Tasks are available from the icons at the top of Home.
Sign in
- Open Saro and enter your account email and password.
- If a security code is requested, enter the six-digit code sent by email.
- Review the reminder about patient consent and Internet connectivity.
Create your account at app.saro-ia.ca. The same account then works on mobile and web.
tip
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link.
Synchronization with the web app
Patients, notes, forms, shifts, and billing information are linked to your account. AI-processed items appear on both platforms after they are complete and synchronized.
The mobile app can keep some tasks locally when the connection is interrupted. See Background processing to track them.
