Generating a note or form can continue while you use another part of Saro.
Track processing on the web
The web app does not have a separate Deferred Tasks list. Status appears directly on the related note or form: syncing, processing, ready, or error.
A notification appears when an operation you started is complete. The patient's data is then refreshed automatically.
Background operations
- note generation or regeneration;
- generation of one or several forms;
- creation of AH-280 forms from notes.
During dictation
You can navigate in the app while recording and return to the note from the on-screen indicator. Only one recording can be active at a time.
After stopping, wait until the audio has been transmitted before closing the browser tab. Generation can then continue in the background.
If an error occurs
Open the note or form marked as an error to review the available message. Check your connection and repeat the operation if needed.
The Settings → General → Processing updates option shows or hides some brief progress messages.
The mobile app provides a detailed Deferred Tasks screen with statuses, upload progress, warnings, and errors. It can also keep some tasks locally during a connection interruption.
