Overview
The Saro web app is available at app.saro-ia.ca. It provides a large-screen workspace for managing shifts, reviewing notes, completing forms, preparing billing, and configuring your practice.

Sign in or create an account
- Enter your email and password.
- If a security code is requested, enter the six-digit code sent by email.
To create an account, click Register, complete the fields, and accept the terms. The account also works in the mobile app.
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link.
Initial setup
Saro may offer a guided setup for your name, practice number, signature, note language, billing-code type, and workplaces. These steps are optional, but improve document prefilling.
After signing in, review the reminder about patient consent before any clinical recording.
Use both apps
Patients, notes, forms, shifts, workplaces, and billing information synchronize with the mobile app. If processing is still in progress, wait for it to finish before looking for the result on the other platform.
